We specialize in brand activations, corporate events, conferences, influencer and PR activations, and luxury private events like weddings, luncheons or celebrations. Any occasion where guests receive a personalized keepsake can be elevated with live personalization.
What types of events do you work with?
CalliRosa provides live engraving on glass or plastic, calligraphy (pointed pen or marker), and hot foiling on leather, fabric, and specialty surfaces. We’ll guide you toward the right method for your event, based on the product, volume, and overall aesthetic you desire.
What personalization methods do you offer?
We’ve personalized everything from traditional items such as luggage tags, tumblers, compacts and wine glasses to perfume bottles and binoculars. The sky is the limit! For inspiration, please check our portfolio.
What items have you personalized in the past?
For corporate or brand activations, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during our busy periods, namely springtime (Valentine’s - Father’s Day) and November/December. We do accommodate last-minute events when availability allows, though high-demand dates may require early planning.
How far in advance should I book?
Our services include the materials and equipment required for personalization (pens, engraving tools, and foiling equipment). You will need to supply the items to be personalized.
If you need help selecting an item, we can recommend the best options in terms of durability, appearance, and event flow, and can assist with sourcing if needed.
Do you provide the items for live engraving and personalization?
It typically takes 30 seconds and 2-3 minutes, depending on the number of guests and the personalization method. Our team balances speed and precision to ensure each piece is beautiful while keeping the event flowing. As part of the planning process, we provide guidance to ensure lines don’t back up. For higher-volume events, we can manage guest interactions by way of a station host.
How long does it take to personalize items?

Can you match our brand aesthetic?
We are experienced in live events and prepared for adjustments, whether it’s timeline changes, last-minute volume shifts, change in personalization method, or flow modifications. Our goal is a seamless, polished experience regardless of surprises.
What happens if something unexpected comes up at the event?
Live event experiences start at $1,300 for 4 hours. Every proposal is customized based on the event duration, the materials required, the event volume, and whether we’ll require a team. On our consultation call, we’ll discuss these details so we can send you a custom proposal.
